Your Body Can Be a Fat Burning Furnace Even While You Sleep!

When you eat the right foods and focus on pushing the right button in terms of your exercise routines, you will develop the ability to burn fat all the time.  Exercise needn’t be hours in a gym trying to stay in the “fat burning zone” shown on most gym equipment. Jeff Lindstrom, fitness expert says, “Most people are mislead to think if you work in the fat burning zone you will be burn more fat.”  The fat burning zone that is shown on most gym machines is a myth. These charts do not take into account individuality, your current fitness level or anything else that will really help you burn fat. You don’t need hours, but minutes just a few times per week to turn your body into a fat burning furnace scam.  Renowned trainer, Helen Vanderburg says, “The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn, even at rest.”  You can build that muscle with a few well-chosen exercises two or three times per week. You just need to know which exercises to do.
